  • YOU, AND THE MANY POSSIBILITIES AHEAD...

Learning about Yourself and Career Matches

YouScience is an online interest survey for D49 middle school and high school students that helps them understand their natural abilities and introduces them to potential career pathways.  Students can ask their campus advisors about setting up an account on YouScience.

  • Career-Connected Learning

D49 partners with the Pikes Peak Business & Education Alliance (PPBEA) to help students explore careers through classroom presentations, site field trips, job shadows, informational interviews, and hands-on internships for high school credit.  Students can set up their own "Marketplace" account to explore opportunities available on the PPBEA website.  (PPBEA Marketplace)

  • Showcase You!

Students can use PPBEA Marketplace to build a unique digital profile (resume) and store information about completed courses, accomplishments, projects, and work-based experiences. The PPBEA enables student connections to prospective colleges, programs, businesses, internships and job opportunities.
